Team Building & Change Management

Introduction

In his book “Management Challenges for the 21st Century”, Peter Drucker suggests that to thrive in the new millennium managers need to do more than adapt to change: they need to lead it too.  While our project management training equips managers to lead change in business by implementing new structures or processes and re-tuning old structures processes, we realise that successful change requires managers to focus on the dynamics of personal transition too.
